HXF Saw strengthens after-sales service in the India market

From October 18 to November 2, 2019, HXF Saw carried out the second after-sales service this year in the Indian market.

The after-sales service lasted half month, our services team provided supporting services respectively to customers from Mumbai , Udaipur, Palanpur, Kishangargh and ect. The service was depending on finding problems and offering best solution for the purpose of improving the satisfaction degree of the market, the service contents were not only including checking saw blanks but also checking cutting condition (checking saw machine, segments, and blocks) and training the India operator how to optimize cutting conditions.

The after-sales service , which received widely appraisal, helped the first-line operators in the Indian market get to know how to standardize the segments-welding method and operating the sawing machine, in future, we will furtherly strengthen our after-sales service to maintain the customer relationship and expand our export market.
